Fruits Saveurs are partially dehydrated, still moist fruit. The succulent fresh peaches and pears are pitted and cut in half, the figs and apricots are pitted and left whole. These moist natural fruits are packaged in vacuum-sealed trays and pasteurized to obtain a two years shelf life. They are ready to eat and great for snacking, baking and cooking. A recipe booklet is included in each box. This product contains no preservatives, sulphites or artificial ingredients. A beautiful blend of vegetables with herbs and spices are prepared in a sweet jelly to be served with savory dishes.
