This Aix en Provence AOC oil was awarded Outstanding Merit status in 2002 for winning eight Gold Medals in ten years from the Misistry of Agriculture. Made mainly with Salonenque and Aglandau olives, this oil has lively flavor, fruity with a hint of artichoke, green grass and apple, and a great almond finish. Note the light peppery taste.
