From the Loire Valley we bring two of our favorite cookies, called dry petits fours in France. Dark Cherry is a coin size, thick, butter sand cookie, topped with a sweet and plump dark cherry. Rum raisin is a thinner, very tender and buttery sable, with rum soaked raisins for great texture and flavor. Both are elegant on a platter and suitable for the most formal tea party, as well as being perfect straight out of the box.
